Mikey11eleven
Ken Houston at the other safety. He hit like a ton of bricks. Check out him pulling down Walt Garrison at the one yard line to preserve a Skins victory in the 70's. You gotta love a guy who played for the Skins & made big plays against Dallasses & TO TOP IT ALL HIS NAME'S HOUSTON!
Skins PR
what is a TB as you posted? A tailback. I guess I should have just put RB as HB (halfback) and TB (tailback) are just different positions that a runningback can align in relation to the QB. h8dacowgirls
Nice List! And I am impressed that you even know who Mike Nelms is. He was the greatest returner we ever had. Ive met him he's pretty cool. I dont have much of a Redskins memory prior to 1984 but I watched alot of 78-83 games that my dad had on tape and you are right he was the greatest. BAFGA
QB - Sammy BaughRB - Larry Brown, Kelvin Bryant FB - John Riggins TE - Don Warren, Jerry Smith WR - Art Monk, Gary Clark, Charley Taylor, Ricky Sanders T - Joe Jacoby, Mark May G - Raleigh McKenzie, Russ Grimm C - Jeff Bostic DE - Dexter Manley, Charles Mann DT - Darryl Grant, Dave Butz, Diron Talbert LB - Wilbur Marshall, Monte Coleman, Ken Harvey CB - Darrell Green, Mike Bass, Brig Owens, Jeris White S - Alvin Walton, Pat Fischer K - Mark Mosely P - Steve Cox KR - Mike Nelms PR - Brian Mitchell Agree with almost all the list. On the subject of Punters, though, Jeff Hayes was pretty good during his day, as well as Mike Bragg. Although Cox could kick the ball a ton. I don't think we've had a decent punter since Cox. Moseley is a given, although Lohmiller was pretty good until he made that McDonald's commercial.
