Nerm
I was wondering if one of you could fill me in on the OL blocking scheme used this year vs last year by the Skins. The OTs in Dallas have really struggled when switching to the "Zone-blocking" scheme. With Jansen as a FA and Dallas probably looking for a RT, I was hoping you guys could give me some insight on why Jansen played better last year vs this year. Was there a change in schemes? Has Jansen played in a zone-blocking scheme? Thanks
NavyDave
Jansen or S Davis playing for the cowpokes would be like a member of the GOP switching to the Demo oh never mind. Actually Jansen was in a scheme that had more emphasis on run blocking thus his pass blocking last year was better because he spent the majority of the time beating up on the DE instead of being on his heels pass protecting as he is this year so the opposing guy didnt have that much in the tank at times to rush the passer.
