It wasn't working. The playoff offense last year was horrible.

Granted, our corners SUCK! this year, but I seem to remember that Walt Harris wasnt that good either.

Certainly he is no worse than Rogers.

Our defense stinks because our offense cant stay on the field long enough for the defense to get rest.

We should have NEVER changed anything from last years team as far as the offense and chemistry of the team.

This was our downfall.

last year's offense wasn't good. it was just inconsistant and unproductive when it counted as it is this year. so in essence there wasn't a fix.

That answer has no basis to support it. What happened in the later 1/2 of the season? What happened in our 2 playoff games where the offense didn't show up? Heck go even farther back to vs. Arizona and the Eagles where our D and Special teams had to step up verse very poor teams to get us to the playoffs.

Stats doesn't portray the whole picture. Our Offense lacked consistancy last year and our D stepped up to carry them to the playoffs. This year our D is as inconsistant as our O last year but our O hasn't stepped up to carry them.

Eh Id like to hope it was the offense as a whole which includes the man under center. The loss of Thomas last year hurt big time because there was no holes for portis and no time for Mark. But now that the O line is healthy, not as dominant as last year but not that bad, I think we know this year it is Mark.
