FULL PADS AND HELMETS! [insert number here] LAPS!" "The path" was a dreaded footpath that encircled pretty much the entire campus that we had to run. I know that if I pulled that, my coach would've kicked the players off the team. What I would do is run those little craps until they couldn't even move anymore, and then I would do updowns...and then suicides. I would run em until they realized that that stuff doesn't fly.
