Are you frustrated or worried about this team and where they'll wind up? Fine. Good actually, you still care about this team. This is not a thread about the Redskins sucking (sorry gloom and doomers but you have enough threads on this board already) nor is it a "shut up you fair weather fans thread" (though I lean on that side) this is a thread about why we are here. We are (excluding opposing team fans) Redskins fans. We became fans of this team for various reasons in various times. Some of you have been fans since, heck Lombardi was here others it was Allen or Gibbs or Pettibone, Turner, Marty or even Spurrier. But we're here on this board. Redskins fans. From all over THE WORLD. Posting about this team. Most you would never have met or noticed the other poster in the real world. Yet here you are. So, we've been through bad times (if you lived in the Post-Gibbs 1 era then you know of what I speak) and we'll get through it as Redskins fans as we have before. Heck, we were 5-6 at one point last time and yet where did we wind up? Just don't give up. If you give up on the season and the team,then what's the point? Your season is over at 2-3. That's ashamed when we only have played five games (hell, the Raiders are still alive at this point) and have no clue who will be in the playoffs or the SB champion (did anybody really think it would be the Steelers mid-season last year? Did anybody other than Steelers fans even think they would make the playoffs?). So if you got tickets to the game Sunday no matter if you're pissed at the team, the FO, the coaches, the players and Dan Snyder or if you're there to be the homer that you are........just show up and Bring the Noise. When we are on D cheer on the team or yell at them, but Bring the Noise!!!! Let's get louder than we ever have before.
