It looks like the new Taunting rules will be judgement calls

So yeah, according to the new rules, the defender can not get into the face of the ball carrier or stand over them etc etc, or it is 15 yards.....well honestly I still saw a lot of it going on over the weekend, especially during the Manning bowl last night, but I haven't seen a flag thrown for it. Now personally, I can care less but I just have a feeling that some teams will be burned for this type of penalty because it isn't going to be called on a consistent basis. A guy like Sean Taylor will be watched closer then everyone else.
