Sarge
Yeah, Nothing wrong with CAIR Nothing at all http://www.americansagainsthate.com/releases/PR-Al-ArianReleaseFundraiser.htm PARTICIPANTS INCLUDE CAIR HEAD NIHAD AWAD AND FORMER AMC HEAD ERIC VICKERS (Coral Springs, FL) According to an e-mail that was sent out by Ahmed Bedier, the Spokesman for the Florida chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Florida), a fundraiser will be taking place tomorrow for the release of terrorist Sami Al-Arian. Al-Arian is currently awaiting a second trial for his role as a leader in the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. The event will be held at Masjid Al-Qassam (a.k.a. Islamic Community of Tampa), the mosque Al-Arian helped create. Speaking at the event will be Nihad Awad, the Executive Director of the national CAIR headquarters. Also speaking will be Eric Erfan Vickers, the former Executive Director of the American Muslim Council (AMC). Vickers resigned from his position at AMC, after he was exposed for calling the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster "an act of divine retribution against Israel." Other participants include: Agha Saeed, Abdeen Jabara, Shahnaz Khan and Husain Nagamia. The title of the forum is 'Justice Delayed is Justice Denied: Growing Worldwide Demand for Prof. Sami Al-Arian's Release.' According to Bedier's e-mail, donations are being made payable to the same address as Al-Arian's mosque, under the name Tampa Bay Justice Legal Defense Fund. Joe Kaufman, Chairman of Americans Against Hate (AAH), stated, "Sami Al-Arian, a known leader of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, is largely responsible for the murders of numerous innocent people, including Americans. Every person involved in this event should be targeted by the FBI." When: Saturday, February 18th, 6:00 PM Where: Masjid Al-Qassam (Islamic Community of Tampa), 5910 East 130th Ave., Temple Terrace, Florida

Larry
Would it be asking too much for a little information as to who this guy is, what he's accused of, the state of any legal proceedings against him, or anything like that? Or doesn't any of that matter?
