LegionOfDoom
If you don't have the money 4 photoshop use the Default Paint program for windows. Click image tab use sketch and skew options increase or decrease the settings to your desired likeness...pretty crude but it works.....

Chopper Dave
i guess...i tried the paint thing...i wanna cut only me out of a picture with my family but then after i cut it out.....how do i just save that part? You can use the Microsoft Photo editor. Just select what you want to be in the picture and then use the crop command (find where that is first). SkinnedAussie
Photoshop... anything else is uncivilized. Only if you are prepared to pay 100's of dollars! A cheaper alternative (in fact, it's free) is a photoshop clone that does everything PS does can be found at The GNU Image Manipulation Program GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. It works on many operating systems, in many languages. I've found this to be ideal for digital image editing, especially as I regularly post pics online, and is great for everyday editing (resizing, cropping, enhancing, etc,).
