bricucci
No Redskins on the defensive side of the ball. Grimm was a runner up for OG Jacoby was the back up tackle. Bostic was the back up center Looks like we won't have 1 starter. If this doesn't make the case for Gibbs for being #1, dont know what does. Not sure who does the voting for this show but I'm not suprised not 1 Skin is considered a top player at his position in the big game. Only QB and RB remain and the 40th player. Not sure if they are doing kicker and punter.

number twenty-eight
Wow, kind of a shocker with the Diesel starting. They said the selectors were comprised of five sports writers, five photographers and a documentary film maker (Sabol, I guess).

CowboyinDC
Uggh Emmit Smith is the 40th man voted by the fans. I think the poll was on Dallas Cowboys.com It maybe be because he has 2 Superbowl MVPs, 3 Superbowl victories, and holds the record for rushing yards in the Superbowl. Just maybe. CowboySlayer
Haven't done QBS yet. Its possible, but hes going up against Montana, Starr, Bradshaw,Staubach, Aikman, Brady, I really doubt it. bradshaw?!? you've got to be kidding. in what universe would anyone EVER consider him a good qb? no need to worry about that one, his rings couldnt even get him to ohio, he was a miserable qb with a career completion pct of barely 50%, and his career high in yardage was an anemic 2400+ yds. he had lynn swann and franco harris, and that's the only reason they ever did anything. alleycat
I WAS TRULY OFFENDED...What !! If you didn't play in SB 1 2 or 3...You don't rate !!! With each passing position...My jaw dropped further !!!

In other words if you were a great QB but didn't shine in the SB, like Marino, you didn't get selected. Bradshaw played very well his 3rd and 4th superbowl, went to 4, and won all of them. He lost to the other guy that went to 4 and won all of them.
