SkinFan63 Posted January 15, 2006 Share Posted January 15, 2006 I don't know about you, but, for me, it's been one hell of a ride this year. Preseason 1-3. Regular season, up and down then 5-6. Then a meeting of the vets and all white uniforms. 10-6 to end the regular season and the last wild card spot to enter the playoffs. A sweep of the Cowboys. A sweep of the Eagles. A 5-1 record in our own division for the first time in forever. We beat the Bucs and the #1 defense in the NFL. We succombed to the Seahawlks in an exchange worthy of the game it was intended to be. Gibbs is back. Nothing has passed him by but the years he was gone. He is making history again. We are making history again! We are once again, a team to be reckoned with. A team with a bright future. A team that will once more win it's division and head to another Super Bowl etching the Gibbs saga into out hearts forever. Hail Redskins. Hail Joe Gibbs. Hail Daniel Snyder for finally making the right choice and doing what needed to be done to bring the Skins back to life. Hail to all my Redskin buddies scattered all over the country, and even my friends who like the Cowboys, Packers, and Dolphins. May you be forgiven for your silliness. This year was one HELL of a ride and next year will to be even better. I am a very happy fan right now. Content with what was and what will be. HAIL REDSKINS!
