AlexRS
This has probably already been mentioned... Seattle's "high powered offense" came against teams with way-below-average defensive ratings. I calculated the average for Seattle wins - they won against teams ranked on average: 21.5 avg Total D 19.7 ranked Rush D The only top 10 D they beat was Arizona (8th), who they beat twice. They won VERY close ones at home against good Ds of Dallas and NYGs. Other than that - they played Frisco 2 times (32nd D), St. Louis 2 times, Houston... Their strength of schedule is the worst of all NFC playoff teams. Their strength of victory is second in lightness to Chicago. If they had a "strength of defense faced" category - Seahags would be dead last in that as well.
kingdaddy
You are right in that the Seahawks are not as battle tested as we are. However, they are rested and pretty much totally healthy. We match up well with them, our run defense against Sean Alexander is going to be the key in this one. Also, their defense should give us opportunities to make plays. I fully expect to win this game.
