That's the handiest placed to go when you are on the road. He must have been pretty drunk. That would be my question, but I suppose he wouldn't feel he was marking his territory there, since the 'Skins wouldn't let him mark any at FedEX! If someone pees on a building, they should be ticketed for a public urination (a public health/cleanliness issue) not arrested for pub intoxication or indecent exposure (which actually happens to some people.)
