Taylor gets all the credit for that 4th down stop but Rogers played great team D absorbing the block to free Taylor to make the play. He will be awesome. Not sure what game you guys were watching, but in the one I was, Rogers looked like he was totally out of his league. However, he had played very well the previous two weeks. We were in zone coverage almost the entire game. Boldin didn't really torch anyone out there he's just really good at finding holes in the zone. I know the announcer said that Rogers allowed Boldin to run across the middle on that one catch but you could tell it was zone coverage and you just can't go chasing a guy across the field when you're in a zone. You never let a man come off the line that clean being virtually on the goal line. But all in all. Rogers has made soome Rookie mistakes but he's doing well to me. Especially tackling.
