Just a few questions, I bought a 120 gb 7200 rpm ATA-100 hard drive, will that still work with the motherboard as the mobo says ATA-133? Also, will PC 2700 work with this motherboard which says DDR 400 as standard? Im basically asking will they still take slower speeds and that the motherboard supports up to the speeds it has listed? Thanks! They are PCI-Express and I would recommend getting yourself one of those cards instead of the one you have linked there. You won't be very happy with that one. Don't quote me on this, but I am pretty sure there are NO 939 pin boards that have AGP, and they are all running PCI slots. Don't worrie about that, that's a good thing... As for your motherboard, I feel that is an OK board, but you could do a little better with this card, it has been tested by the big boys, and is only a few more dollars. http://www2.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813152049&CMP=BAC-pcparticle1204&ATT=Budget As for your video card, if you plan to play some of todays new games, I think you'd be falling a little short with what you have selected. If I was in your position, I would save a little longer, and step up into this. You'll be way happier in the end. http://www2.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814145098&CMP=BAC-pcparticle1204&ATT=Budget At under 200 bucks, I think this is one of the better bangs, for your buck. The CPU is fine. Originally posted by Mr. S Just a few questions, I bought a 120 gb 7200 rpm ATA-100 hard drive, will that still work with the motherboard as the mobo says ATA-133? Thanks! As Erigion stated, both your items will work, but won't be as good as it could be.

Mr. S
haha, nice Chewy, ive finally realized the difference of how that processor can still do better than its clock speed. Anyways, settled on this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813128263 it does have an agp slot, so ill just go with that for now, I dont need high end graphics really, mid range is good so I found a card that can fit. Anyways, thanks for the help.
