It seems as long as Sean's buddy doesn't rat him out this is just going to be a slap on the wrist if anything. bnacpa Posted July 12, 2005 Share Posted July 12, 2005 I can't imagine that Sean's friend's testimony would be very strong in court considering that he has already given a statement that there were no weapon's there. Even if he says he recounts his early statement ... it still leaves reasonable doubt to a judge or jury regarding his motives for chaging his statement.
