If it’s Harris or mystery bidder then the high bid comes in at 5.5, if it’s Bezos it comes in at 6.1. Just hope like hell that’s enough to get Dan to pack his bags…

So, Dan is gonna **** us on his way out the door.
Zampese was a disaster in Cincy... They pretty much has a mutiny. If he was a pirate they would have made him walk the plank.
I mean he’s being doing it to us for 20 years. Why stop now.

Dan Snyder and powerhouse don't belong in the same sentence. He's had 23 years to turn Washington into a powerhouse yet we continue to suck.
I was talking about Bezos turning another franchise into a powerhouse, not Dan. 😂

Dan is going to give one last middle finger to this fan base by refusing to sell to Bezos. If he ends up buying another franchise and turning them into a powerhouse I’m going to be sick 🤢.

Michael Phillips said yesterday (on Sheehan’s show), that it’s his understanding that there are three primary new ownership prospects in the running.
- Bezos Group
- Clearlake Capital Group (Jose Feliciano & Behdad Eghbail)
- Byron Allen
Said he’d give the advantage to Bezos, but it’s not 50/50. Sounds like still a close race, based on his sources.
Bezos or Allen please. Red flags all over the Clearlake Group

Frank Herzog is on with Kevin Sheehan and said the stupid team didn't ask him to be at Sonny's celebration.
But please, keep telling me how awesome Jason Wright is. What a buffoon.

So we’re going to put Heinicke in, wait till we’re down by 3 td’s and the throw Howell out there with the Dallas defense having their ears pinned back and not having to respect the run at all. Good god, how dumb can Ron be…please get this guy the F out of town somehow this offseason.

I suspect they wouldn’t vote him out today but that’s just based on gut feels. If he pulls back on the sale then I would look for them to make his life a living hell with regards to the money he owes back, no funding from the league for stadium, etc. Im not sure I see them voting him out but hopefully it doesn’t get to that point.

I could be wrong but it seems to me the NFL is giving Dan a chance to sell before the MJW interview so the report can’t be completed and it all becomes moot in their minds. Not sure it’ll work but something seems amiss for sure.

This doesn’t sound like a guy who is going to sell…
Keep in mind that testimony was about 3 months before he hired BOA. A lot changed in that time frame.

I am going through the Allen testimony. Let me jack it up some as for Bruce needing to be self destructive if he elected to lie -- he'd be risking prison. i wasn't sure about that until reading the testimony.
Not sure why anyone thinks Bruce is lying here. He has everything to lose by doing so and Dan dropping 100 I don’t recall responses to accusations pretty much says guilty as F but I’m not going to incriminate myself.

Oh I would not root for the Farts.
We could always lengthen it to the Washington Wet Farts. At least we’d have alliteration then.

I heard on the TV news yesterday that Taylor's daughter designed the memorial. Even if that's true, does anyone really believe that she chose a wire frame mannequin to represent her father??
Pretty sure she designed the gear that was being sold not the actual mannequin. The Taylor family is way too gracious to say anything negative about what the team is doing though so I doubt we’ll get clarification from them.

They can't be this incompetent...can they?? This has to be intentional right??
Someone, possibly Tanya, actually thought this looked good if it was intentional.
I wish the Taylor family would complain about this.😖
They won’t. They have far too much class to air any grievances publicly. Just hope this will be the last big thing Dan effs up before he hopefully sells.

Could they not have at least have covered up the exposed wires. Just get a white long sleeve to go under the jersey and make the pants longer to meet the socks. Granted that might cost a couple hundred bucks and required a small amount of extra effort so I guess I answered by own question. Poverty franchise as long as Dan and Jason are around. Get the entire crew out of there ASAP

Wasn't Wright fired by McKinsey? Keep in mind that 'McKinsey types' are the ones that helped us lose Vietnam by focusing too much on data that wasn't relevant to the truth on the ground.
I don’t think he was fired as best I know but McKinsey (mod edit political comment, one week ban)

What I don’t understand is why the owners would need to wait for any investigation in order to take any kind of action… ? Snyder has been bad for the team, bad for the league and bad for their profits. That should be more than enough.
I’d think if they were going to vote him out it would be after the Super Bowl so it doesn’t overshadow the season any more than it already has. Therefore, why not let the MJW report play out and accumulate more ammo against him. Just my 2 cents.

If he’s still the owner come next September then it’s never going to happen, so set your clocks accordingly

Seriously, if Tanya gets this team it will be another kick in the nuts for us fans and would somehow make me even more pissed.
Does anybody really believe that if they transferred to Tanya that Dan wouldn’t have have fingerprints all over this team and still be front and center. If the owners think that either Tanya or a new stadium is the cure to what ails this franchise then they really don’t understand the situation at all.

I think mine already has ended, I just haven’t come to terms with it yet. I was actively rooting for the Bears the entire night. I just can’t get behind a Snyder owned team. 😢

Like I said, MJW has all the Wilkinson stuff and more. Dude should be worried about losing the team AND his wife. She will clean him out in a divorce, if it comes to that. Toast.
I said as soon as the NFL announced the MJW report would be public that he was in serious trouble. With the leaks that Wilkinson was recommending he should sell and the accusations that were already floating around, there was no way the NFL can have MJW come back and say I checked it out and Dan is clean. This report is going to be ugly when it comes out and it might very well be the death knell for him professionally and personally as well. I don’t know how if you’re in his shoes you don’t agree to sell in exchange for this all to be kept under wraps.

I can’t do it. I no longer root for an NFL team. My rooting interest is in seeing Snyder suffer as much as humanly possible. I’m disgusted that the Bears gave that one away

Nah Nah Nah…Nah Nah Nah…Hey Hey Hey…GOODBYE CLOWNSHOES
in The Stadium

I’ll take it a step further than Sheehan. This is actually worse than an expansion situation. Not only do you need to invest heavily in building a stadium and basically everything else around the team but at least with an expansion team you generally have a ton of enthusiasm right out of the gate due to freshness of having a new team in your area. Speaking as someone who used to live and die on every game for the Redskins, I just don’t feel that same passion reigniting coming back even when Dan sells. I still want to see him gone as it’s the closest we’ll likely get to seeing him get his comeuppance. But being a die hard fan is generally something ingrained in childhood as it’s really not rational for us as adults to kindle that kind of passion for something like a sports team, especially once it’s seeped into apathy or worse. The godawful rebrand certainly doesn’t help the cause either. Is anybody really passionate about rooting for the Commanders? Especially after watching the Chiefs tomahawk their way to a SB win. I’d imagine this is something that prospective buyers are aware of as well, especially somebody like Harris who is well versed in sports ownership.
