The reporter on NFL Network just said she talked to several coaches at the combine and said a lot of them love Willis's physical tools but think he needs 2 years Also only 2 QBs ran at the combine which is bizarre. I didn't realize that all the other QBs opted out.

Definitely agree with this assessment. His hype is going to have him selected high and the same people praising him will be lamenting whoever picks him because it's going to take a long time before he is a good pocket passer.

Coming in at close to 6'2 and being over 210 pounds is great for him. Good hand size too. So he is taller than Willis and Howell. Weighs only 8 pounds less than Willis. And has bigger hands than Pickett, Willis and Howell

Pretty much. Also he was basically asked about Willis which is why he was the QB he discussed so I didn't take much from that. Josina brought his name up specifically

I didn't take it that way. He basically jumped into argue when it was said that you need a great QB but we will see. I am prepared to be very disappointed in whatever decision he makes and probably looking for the next head coach. Nothing has sounded encouraging.

Ron just does not view the QB position the way we need him to IMO. He's still arguing that you don't need a great quarterback to win.

Translation: we are going to overpay for some retread like Jimmy G or Trubisky and draft a QB in the 2nd round who has a 1% chance of being successful

If Wilson goes to the Eagles I assume the Seahawks would be getting Hurts. And I can't imagine anyone cares where Minshew will go.

No offense to him but I'll believe Breer, Ian Rapaport and Adam Schefter who said there has been no real movement on the Wilson trade front - he hasn't requested one and they doubt he goes anywhere.

He didn't miss it. He isn't a Senior so he wasn't eligible for it. I think combine and pro days will be big for everyone - especially as it relates to our team since Ron wasn't even at the Senior Bowl so it will be the first time he can meet any of the QBs in person

Ehhh, it's not true though - a bunch of people, felt KOC should have been kept on as OC and even considered for Head Coach for instance: -
Carr has repeatedly said he doesn't want to play anywhere else but Las Vegas. He was just at the NHL All Stat game talking about how Vegas was his home and he would be there forever. I guess there is a small chance it doesn't work out but I honestly don't see it. He has been adamant about not wanting to play anywhere else.

Where are people getting that the Raiders wouldn't be willing to pay Carr? Everything that has been reported says that everyone in Las Vegas has been on the same page
