  1. It was nice to see Samuels and Han getting involved in the passing game, run game did its thing. The 90 yard drive to tie the game was clutch but I guess at the cost of some bum calls in OT. Offensively though I think they are getting more confident..

Defensively, better second half. It does drive me nuts how Daniel Jones continues to find ways to drive us crazy. We're always a step behind him when he scrambles. I feel he could have had a ton more yards rushing than he did. The fact he threw basically no incompletions till what late in the 4th is insane. I have no clue if his lack of production is due to lack of talent around him or this is the best he's gonna be even with it..

Tie's suck. Should have a NHL Soccer equivalent of a shootout between kickers and have them decide.. Put the ball on the 33, just the LS, the holder and kicker and trade 50 yarders if OT doesn't decide the winner. Whoever does the best outta 5 wins or continue till you have a winner.. Puts more demand on having an elite kicker

I don't think we're going to see this until next year.  I think in a perfect world without any outside expectations, they would have kept him on IR the entire season and not had him play at all.  It doesn't feel like he's remotely ready to play, and I think there is a chance he won't play at all this year.  They might send him to the off-season early, and then have him go to somebody like that guy Samuel went to last off-season who helped him get his confidence back in his body.  Which seems to have worked well.

I don't think you can minimize this injury, it might have been career ending for a lot of people.

I think he will see some action this season. I think he has to go through the regiment of a gameday situation, the adrenaline and just test the knee to feel where he's REALLY at while on a snap count.. If he doesn't feel comfortable he at least knows where he's at compared to just practice and can focus on what he feels he needs to improve in the offseason.

  3. Losing Cosmi and Larsen was huge today. We saw earlier in the season when we lost some guys on the Oline how it was a s***show until they played together and worked on chemistry. It was the same way today after we lost both of them.. The bye week is gonna be so huge for our line, and I feel we should make a concerted effort to address a backup center in the draft someone who could play guard in a pinch to backup Roullier.. Its the little acquisitions that make the difference...

I'm talking like, anyone remember the tackle who blocked Reggie White in SB 32 when John Elway won his first title? Few do but many remember the fact The HoFer White was basically a non factor in that Super Bowl thanks to him..

BTW Anyone with thoughts on Christian Holmes?? 7th rounder, getting serious playing time, he gave up the bomb and the TD but its his second start and some teachable moments for him...

Also always good to hear from Smith-Williams and associates LLP..

  5. I liked that we got Han and Samuels more involved in the passing game. Running game was solid all day. Credit for that clutch 90 yard drive in the 4th I don't think many of us thought we could pull it off. You never know in the end game Scott might have been saving some tricks for the rematch. Losing Larsen was huge because you have to build the chemistry on the fly with the Oline and you saw, there were struggles...

I think come next draft we need a joystick WR who can handle kicks and a Center in the later rounds who can play guard and fill in if and when someone gets hurt.. I thought Turner had a good game today overall..

    Why did Atlanta succeed in gashing the D running the ball...was it;

    3) Their backs were better than our previous opponents in the winning streak

How would we stop a repeat of this with Barkley and Elliot...

ATL has been a crazy competitive team this year playing way above expectations, and their running game has been an unsung hero. My brother is a huge Falcons fans and apparently we caught a break in the fact they didn't give the ball to Caleb Huntley at all who he says is their most exciting runner avg. 5 yards a pop. He only got the ball once against us for 12 yards...

In terms of Barkley and Elliot, I'm more worried about Pollard than Zeke. In terms of Barkley Giants fans are saying their run game is hurting with Evan Neal being out at RT, and there is a chance he could return against us..

That Falcon team ran better than us than anyone has this season. But if we can shut down Philly, and we all saw what they did to GB, we can shut down anyone on Sunday. Now are we? I think we got a better chance vs NY than Dallas..

Lost in the Chase conversation is that we're getting Schweitzer back- should make our offense look a bit better in the coming weeks. Hopefully.

OMG really? Anyone that we can get back on the Oline is HUGE!!!!!! I love this news more than the Chase news.. Ok I couldn't say that with confidence but any help on Oline is big..

Any update on St. Juste injury? I'm hoping they were just being cautious after he got nicked.

Another reason we have to address CB depth next draft. We're being blessed for honestly the second straight year where we haven't suffered serious injuries in the secondary..

We have to find a way to keep Allen and Payne together.

I mean Payne is just making a serious camPayne  for us just outright keeping him. He doesn't miss games. He's productive as hell, he's still young. I get the norm is spending your money on the QB position but why not us, switch things up and just make our most expensive players the Dline.. Throw a few bucks at the offense but the money goes where the talent is, not where you hope it is..
