  1. I gotta get this off my chest, I **** with pickles, but I don’t **** with pickles on sandwiches. Want to ruin a good sandwich? Yeah let me go ahead and put a pickle on it. At that point you might as well just call it a pickle sandwich because that’s all you’re tasting is the pickle

His overall statistics weren't insane, but he made some big time plays to win games. The fumble on Burrow. The TD vs. the 49ers. He was definitely the most impactful rookie. I do agree he wasn't as good as Parsons was last year but Parsons is just a different kinda cat.

Don’t get me wrong, Chase had a fantastic rookie year. A lot of plays like you said didn’t come up on the stat sheet. The goal line stop against Pittsburgh comes to mind also, last year was more of the let down than anything, but he also was invisible against Brady in the playoffs. I’m hoping for a big year for him, he needs to produce if he wants that bag.

I think the early hate for Young is ****ing dumb. Yes, he's disappointed so far, but his rookie year was bonkers.

We'll see how he does this season and if him and Sweat are buying into it, than we could have an extremely dominate line and it'll be fun, but the piling on after on bad year is stupid.

I’ll die on the hill that it wasn’t that bonkers, and he benefited from a pretty weak defensive rookie class. People wanted Jeremy Chinn as DROY with almost identical stats as Curl. Bonkers was Parsons last year. But thats in the past. Really just hoping for a good year for the both of them, I believe

It's for a sideline mascot. Or a secondary mascot/logo like the Browns have "Brownie".

If they are smart they will use a hog mascot and put the secondary logo on merch. I'd buy a million hats with a hog logo before I'd buy anything that says commanders.

Couldn’t agree more, but if it’s just a regular sideline mascot won’t be used on any kind of merchandise this is one big meh. If they actually pick a hog as a mascot, and we didn’t name ourselves the hogs I mean just wtf. At this point I just don’t even understand, this rebrand has been worse than I actually could have imagined.

I actually went to a race about 10-12 years ago in Richmond. I don’t know if it was F1 but the cars looked like they were. Danica Patrick was there, I could remember some of the other big names if I saw them.

It was fun. Of course it was an all day tailgate which had a lot to do with it but the race itself was pretty cool.

That was Indy car, I bet it was still fun thought. F1 popularity has skyrocketed since the Netflix show, races are fun to watch but I can see how it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

Rush.  The 2013 racing movie with Chris Hemsworth and Daniel Bruhl playing James Hunt and Niki Lauda.

I don't really like car racing, I'll never watch a NASCAR or an F1 race but this movie is ****ing awesome.  It's a movie I can watch anytime, anywhere.  And right now, it's on Netflix so it's a no-brainer.

It chronicles the 1976 season between Hunt, the British playboy driver and Lauda, the methodical, calculated Austrian driver.  Polar opposite personalities and approaches to driving, great rivals who gained mutual respect for each other and in the end became friends.

There are so many scenes in this movie.  My favorite is when Lauda hitches a ride with this gorgeous woman who doesn't know who he is and their car breaks down on the side of the road.  She tries to hitchhike, standing next to her car in hopes that someone will stop for her.  And the next car does, but only because the two guys in it saw Niki Lauda there.  They let Lauda drive the car and the woman can't figure out what's going on, then basically doesn't believe him when he tells her that he's a racecar driver.  So he floors it, starts weaving in and out of traffic to impress her, which he does.   But what makes the scene is the outright joy of the two guys in the backseat who are having a blast.

Then there's the scene where Hunt beats up a writer for insulting Lauda.  And the final scene where Ron Howard intersperses clips of the real life Hunt and Lauda while the real Lauda, as an old man, is shown.

You don't have to like racing to like this movie, it's just great storytelling, great filmmaking.

What do we give it Billy-Bob?

    A 10!  A ****in' 10!

That’s a great watch…. My dad used to travel Europe to see F1 races during the 70’s and has very cool shots of Lauda, Hunt, Andretti etc all on film. Love F1, you should try to give it a shot watching some races this year to get into it… A salary cap has been implemented this year so it’s a bit more fair and Ferrari/Redbull should have a good fight for the WC.

Well, it depends. As a gauge for winning the Cup, of course. But the three years we won it were some of the funnest times for Caps fans. That 2010 team was electric, scoring 5 - 6 goals every night; with the Young Guns and a great supporting cast, it felt like we were a dynasty in the making. And the 2016 and 2017 teams were the most well-rounded Caps clubs ever; it's unlikely we'll ever see a Caps team that solid for a long time.  Yes, each of those teams crapped out in the playoffs, and it's heartbreaking that none of them even made it past the second round.  But that doesn't change the fact that for 6 months in each of those years, we were seemingly unstoppable.

16 and 17 season we were so dominant, I was very unwell after that loss to Pittsburgh in game 7 in 2017. Im still convinced if we won that series we were going to win the cup.

You're half right. Champ had baby momma(s) showing up at the Park with their hand out. Wifey said we're out of here or else.

It was Springs that was tagging CSN's reporter who was shipped out of market to Houston when it got back to Dan that she complained on how lousy the Press Box catering was.

Interesting, wonder why Champ has such animosity towards the organization then. Always just assumed it was because he was traded while entering his prime for a RB. Seems like we did him a solid?

Read what I said about Ketamine a few posts up. None of that makes any sense to somebody on that crap. He would have sawed off a couple body parts before calling Uber.

Don’t doubt that at all, him being on Ketamine puts a different dynamic on this story for sure. Just mainly stating Uber is has been around for so many years now and is basically a part of this generation/society/culture whatever you want to say that it almost seems inexcusable to me to drink and drive. I also even read after the Henry Ruggs accident the NFL has a ride program for its players, it’s unfortunate what alcohol and alcohol abuse can do. People are just dumb
