  1. Seems like if you log into your acct and shows the games it's a done deal.....

It's just doi spend 4k total to goto club and they guarantee sideline for 2013??

How many seats in club for 4k and where are they located?

  2. Section 137 and did not get upgraded this year.

Very disappointed in the TO since we did the 3 year club level deal to move to LL. Sounds like a lot of folks are going from UL to LL without having to go through club level first. Feel like someone just hosed me.

  3. This has turned into a Debbie downer thread this year. A lot of movement in past years but it feels like RG3 has shut it down this year. Was hoping I could get upgraded into the 30-50 yard line LL section before we got good enough to where folks would always renew.

  4. I would think the people who are seeing invoices changes are just the people whose invoices will actually change. Someone already in the lower level getting upgraded would have no price change, therefore no new invoice would be generated. If you come from the upper level to lower level, that generates a new invoice. Just a hunch.

My invoice was changed last year with the upgrade even though there is no price change. They need to update it with the new seats and they also added 'automatic upgrade' to the invoice description.

  5. I'm having no issues; and I just tried again. Maybe your anti-virus programmer got :nutkick: by Danny?

So either my virus protection is better than yours......or worse

I'll try and figure out why it wants to ban redskins.com and let you know.

  6. This is not about renewals but it is related to the redskins.com site. Today my virus protection blocked redskins.com because it was on their banned sites list. I've never had a problem with this before and I'll have to manually override my virus protection to access my account.

Anyone else having a problem with this and I wonder if it is something they added to their site when they were down for that day not too long ago?

  7. I was on the waiting list 7 years before they called my name but this was back during the good ol times so it took longer. We never did the UL though because they convinced me into doing the club level a couple of years and then moving to LL after that. We've been LL now for several years and love it.

To own or not to own though depends on the individual.

If the team ever gets good then it will be tougher to get good tickets. Nose bleed will be available but I'm getting too old to drag my fat arse all the way up there plus I like the quick exit from the LL. My boys are diehards too so I'll leave mine to them when I'm done with them.

  8. SG will be void too once Young walks in FA. I'd try to trade him to a contender at the deadline and at least get something for him. He honestly isn't worth keeping as all he can do is score but contributes almost nothing else and his asking price is too high. That, and I think he's part of the losing culture and just has to go, even if that means he'll shine elsewhere(kinda like the Carlos Rogers of the Wizards). Crawford is at best a 6th man but even then his streakiness and overconfidence can cost teams games.

SG is already a void because we have Young playing it.

  9. There are pros and cons to aisle seats. Aisle seats put you closer to the beer guy, the bathroom and exiting after the game; quicker getaway. I'm a big guy so the aisle seat also affords extra shoulder room. But as other point out, you get up and down a lot more because people want out. I sat two seats away from the aisle this past season whereas I was in the middle of the row for about 8 years. It was a big difference getting up and down. And I got bad knees and hips.

I'm not worring about an aisle seat yet; I want to move as close to the 50 yard line on the home side first.

Last year we were seats 3 and 4 so the quick getaway was the biggest pro for us. The biggest con though is all the people going up and down the aisle blocking your view (especially the beer guy).

Our seats are currently being upgraded because I don't see last years invoice with my old seats anymore. I will gladly trade my almost aisle seats for closer to the 50 in the middle of a section any day of the week.

  10. Just wanted to relay my experience here.

I renewed last Friday 4/15. The ticket office rep was pretty inflexible overall. I asked about getting the two free tickets to FedEx field event of my choice, but they wouldn't budge on that as that was only given to people who renewed pretty early (late February I think). I also asked about the automatic upgrade program. They said that I pretty much needed to renew by this week in order to hold my seats for next season, that I would at least be at risk of losing them if I waited much longer. In terms of improving my seats, it sounded pretty unlikely as I will basically be at the back of the line since I renewed late.

All in all, pretty disappointing personally that I couldn't get more out of the deal somehow. But trying to be objective, ticket office came off as pretty credible.

I have a partner in these tickets who was definitely on board to renew, or else I probably would have waited quite a bit longer just to see what the "best offer" was from the ticket office. Maybe I would have lost my seats, maybe I would have been given the opportunity to come back with better seats. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who waited a long time, but ultimately renewed last year.

Glad to hear the TO didn't accommodate your tardiness by putting you on the upgrade list. Would be unfair to people like me who paid on time.
