I wonder if we'll wear burgundy pants this week since the Steelers have yellow pants.
-
I think the only exception to this concept that I've seen is the Texans. Their white jerseys have a blue collar but the blue actually wraps all the way around to the front section of the collar. Same with their blue jerseys with the red collar.
-
I dunno, I don't see it:
There's still a clear separation there between the two pieces of fabric of the collar. Right at the collar bone line. If it were a white jersey, the front part with the little wings would be white instead of flush. It all just depends on whether or not the team's original jersey color was the same color as the collar.
If that makes sense. lol

I'm glad our jerseys didn't have the collar flair thing. Most of the other teams seem to have it though.
They all have the same collar. The difference is the new Nike collars have the new feature on the front. It's just colored differently with white jerseys.

How are you gentlemen doing on this late Thursday evening? Salutations.
Allow me to eschew my procrastination. I would just like to say that I have a fond disregard for the so-called bovine cartel that is most improperly deemed "America's Team". This is the utmost of tragedies if one were to ask a scholar such as myself.

They could just be waiting to bust the burgundy on gold out for the regular season. As for the throwbacks on Thanksgiving, that would be cool.
I'm with you there. They're probably just saving it for the REAL home opener.

Why the **** are they wearing white
-
Anyone else annoyed at the backwards Nike check on the right shoulders? Its killing me.
I'll go ahead and raise my hand on that one.

They wore that combo against the Bills the last time we played there. I wonder if there's a reason.
They have worn that combo for a majority of away games the past 2 years. Doubt there's any other reason than that.

White with gold tonight against the Bills.....looking good.
Yessir. My-T-Sharp.

Tony Homo wins Badgerland Invitational. Great job, Tony. Now go lurk in the NFC basement with Jerruh. **** the ****ING COW****ES.

The NFL only allows you to have a home, away, and a alternate uniform. The gold pants we have been wearing are part of the 75th anniversary uniform which has been our alternate so it allowed us to use the pants like we have been. The Nike 80th anniversary unis will not have the same style of gold pants and probably wouldn't work with the normal home, away uniform. The alternate uniform may have a different style gold pants and the team likleywill wear the alternate at home this year.
I hope they continue to exploit that and wear the gold pants. Everyone agrees they are the freshest pants in existence. The freshness cannot be rivaled.

And another Bosh interview bomb for all to enjoy

There is a 6-year-old thread for this.

Seahawks' uni's are righteously kick-ass. They're really the only team that can get away with it though. If dramatic changes happened to the Skins' uni's we'd all be freaking out.
-
Who is going to wear this??
A large portion of young males.
-
Being the superstitious team we are, I'd say we'll probably do away with the burgundy on burgundy uniforms this year. This loss will certainly persuade them to throw 'em out.
-
This is gonna rule. Burgundy is OUR color. Nobody else's. Lets OWN!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Oh, and Burgundy Jerseys are a go for Monday Night.
Thank whatever god there is in the sky.
-
WHY can't they just wear burgundy tops at home. White tops are for the away team. But I'm seeing more and more teams do it. Of course Dallas, Philly, Tampa, and I'm sure there's a couple others. Just wear burgundy at home.
