Trump is a moron. No way he knows all the cryptic racist **** he puts in his tweets. My money says Stephen Miller tweets for him.

    Stay safe out there friends.

a lot of idiots are quite fluent in racist, the two are not mutually exclusive

I was looking at the lineup for tonight's event:

UFC FIGHT NIGHT - WOODLEY VS BURNS

and I realized I didn't recognize any of these fighters, even the former champion.  I'm not sure how much of that is me not following the sport closely versus how much of it is that there don't seem to be many big names that stay at the top of their game for a while to create recognition and the dilution of the talent pool because the UFC is always putting on events, so that have to put somebody up to fight, even if nobody knows who it is.

It seems to me that there used to be more recognizable fighters.

its one of the bigger downsides to the UFC's typically overcrowded schedule. When we do see brilliant performances, we dont have time to sit back and appreciate it because the promotion has already moved on to UFC Fight Night: Wherever the ****

I think back to Gaethje destroying Ferguson and it feels more like a blip on the radar rather than the potentially seismic shift it should be for the deepest division in the game

Willing to bet the cops mostly don’t give a **** about cnn’s windows and probably would rather see it get burned

whether right or wrong cnn has been mostly against the cops on this issue and for a while. The cops are aware of that.

I wish the cops were more aware of being on the right side of the issue

They helped elect Donald Trump.  How much more dangerous than that do we have to go, to get to something they wouldn't do?

(Although, I'm not 100% sure that they expected him to win.  It's also possible that what they expected to get was a much weaker President Hillary.)

Russia: "They couldn't possibly be stupid enough to actually vote him into office."

First term isn't even done yet.

And you think I or others haven't?

There are parts of DC that didn't get rebuilt after the 67 riots until they started Gentrifying hardcore there.

In a lot of cases, if the riots are in black neighborhoods, its black-owned businesses that are most likely to burn, we've already seen that, that always happens.

So what's your line, when you can see it from your house like my dad did when he was a little kid?

Fine, logoff and go riot, but let it be for a reason, because Trump already said he wants to use live ammo.  Don't think they won't if folks out there too long.

Black Leaders trying to tell us to stop before its too late and the carnage is overshadowing the crime that got us out in the first place because they've seen this before, this isn't new.  The people you really want to burn will ignore us once they it gets to that point, that's what they want us to do.  While they watch this on TV not worried about themselves burning at all.

This conversation is not brand new just because we having it now.  What's added is longer we are outside about this, the sooner the second wave come.  So make it worth it, just burning it all down won't happen even if you want it, and two won't solve a damn thing by itself.

You appear to operating on how it should be (correct me if i'm wrong), I'm seeing it as "this is what it is". I respect you want to see it handled the "right" way, if there is such a thing anymore. I too would like that outcome. I just dont see it as a feasible or even reasonable at this point. Can't have a dialogue or meaningful discussions who's base impulse is that my life does not matter

I don't want to see riots, particularly during a pandemic which is killing people who look like me at a disproportionate rate, but I understand where that feeling is born. I don't like the fact that I cannot honestly tell myself how I would I react if I had to interact with a cop these last couple of days. I know it wouldnt do much good, but that feeling is there, and its ****ing growing because they don't seem to listen until **** starts getting set on fire.

The carnage will only overshadow the original crime if a person is of a mindset to sweep it under the rug in the first place. Anybody with that line of thinking is telling on themselves IMO.

Its the fact that his conversation is not brand new that is stoking so much anger, righteous and stupid, all the same. Its such a familiar story that we already know how this movie ends and we are sick of it. We already see the game being set in motion with that bull**** cause of death report. if you repeatedly flick someone's ear and laugh in their face, when they tell you stop, you're eventually going to get a different reaction. This is the beginning of that different reaction.

That's weak, it's not about patting anyone on the head.

If folks want to burn their city for a ground, let it before a reason.  What he did was one of them, that's it, now what?

The demands last I checked was to arrest the other three officers. Will folks still riot after that's done, then what?

Either keep track of what we doing and why or burn it all down, pick one.

why would they respect our demands when they don't even respect our humanity?

I have lived this cycle of them dropping a body, we protest largely peacefully, we get called un-american, sons of ****es. white america moves on, nothing changes.

how many more bodies do they get to drop?

so yes, i'm much much closer to let this **** burn.

You watch shows like Cops or Live PD, you see cops pinning suspects on the ground with their knees one backs/neck/head all the time. Gotta wonder how this hasn't happened before. Well it probably has, but this one caught on film.

Precincts gotta teach some wrestling/bjj, something.

They dont hold the move for 9 minutes

Knee on the neck when he's cuffed & its already 4 on 1 is excessive. If he had a shred of humanity and let the man live, all of this likely never happens. It would just be another brutality charge that gets swepped under the rug. Which depresses me all the same
