But Aglohar had Wentz before that and Samuels had a healthy Cam before he was injured.

I did click on the link I even quoted what Matt Harmon said about Samuels. I watched him he's a gadget player and if you think its ok to overpay for a guy like him than pat yourself on the back. I mean Nelson Alghoar had more receiving yards than Samuels.

When he's pared with a solid number 1 he can be very productive when he is paired with a solid number one. but I think 2019 lack of QB play factored into his low numbers.

JuJu is clearly not a number 1 but I think he could have a terrific year playing with a 1.

I actually heard he was good against the pass from listening to Cooley the other day. Their going to have fill the Linebacker position.

My eyes don't lie. Really numbers He has less than 850 receiving yards and 3 TDs last year. Will Fuller had more years than Samuels in 11 games.

No way I admit Samuel has speed but I don't think that was the reason he rushed the ball. Mike Davis actually played really well in relief for McCaffrey.

Samuel is a gadget guy I am sorry I watched him play the last 2 years Matt Harmon is right he can play in the slot and run the ball on a occasion but him playing on the outside as a true receiver is BS.

I wouldn't be surprised with the current cap situation that many of the Wr's with the current market situation doesn't push for a one year prove it deal in order to look for a bigger deal the following year based on the cap going up because of the new TV deals set to take place.

I read that Samuels is the WR that wants a one year deal.

Gotcha and I agree its way to much to pay a guard that amount of money for one year.

If you go back and listen to Monday's pod in the first 5 min Kevin breaks its down. He didn't say a LTD isn't possible but said that they think he's elite and that they are going to try to workout a LTD but that they are happy to pay the 18 mil for one year is what Kevin essential said on his POD.

I think it would have matter somewhat that if the new regime made the offer that would tell me that they believed in him but if it was the old regime well that would be under stable in why he turned it down.

We resigned Lamar Miller to a one year deal.

I heard the same thing on the Kevin Sheehan pod from Monday that the organization really love Scherff and they do not care about paying the 18 mil if they can't work out a LTD this year.

Deebo is a bruiser. I like Darrisaw too he would fill a major need for us but Bateman's speed is so enticing!

It would be nice but I am saying either sign JuJu or draft Bateman. Rondale would play in the slot but could during his time at Purdue he played all over the field including running back. I agree JuJu isn't a 1 and without Brown he struggled especially last year. I agree paring JuJu with McLaurin would be a solid tandem.

Samuels is no way as physical as Garcon was. To be honest I don't know if there are any Wr's in the NFL right now as physical as Garcon. I watched a lot of Samuels the last 2 years he has his moments but his versatility shouldn't mean that we over pay for him. I think we would be better off either signing JuJu or drafting Bateman from Minnesota in the first round or even taking Rondale Moore in the second from Purdue who is as versatile as Samuels. Moore would be at a lower cost and would not be a 1 year rental compared to Samuels.

I think its lack of ability to block well is holding him back to be honest. I like him but I don't know if he would be a good fit.

No way Samuels compares to Garcon. Garcon was a true WR Samuels on the other hand is a gadget player.

Bruce really screwed up the Trent situation he would have definitely got a 1 from the Texans that year prior to the 2019 season. Bruce was so stubborn in both the Trent situation and even in the Kirk debacle. But lets face it Trent can blame the medical staff but that guy wanted more money.
