Great explanation by Din Thomas. Honestly though I'm more excited about watching the undercard of this event. Although it will be interesting to see the main event matchup finally happen after 12 years.

I'm not sure if anyone else follows K-1 in this thread but it won't matter if you are a fan of knockouts. They started uploading a volume of highlight videos on their youtube channel in January and volume 6 came out today. http://www.k-1.co.jp/en/news/2010/0204_others_01.html Volume 4 is my favorite because it has Buakaw's double knee KO.

Yea I first found out about him in the last K-1 World MAX tournament since they started showing K-1 on HDNET. I use to watch the K-1 World Grand Prix back in the day when ESPN2 broadcasted in the early 2000's but I stopped following K-1 until they signed the deal with HDNET. I've since become a huge fan and watched all of Buakaw's big fights on youtube. His kicks especially the teep kicks are amazing.I'm not sure if you saw the last tournament he fought in but he got robbed by the judges IMO and there are rumors floating around that the K-1 bosses aren't to fond of him. They have kind of limited his ability by changing the rules to not allow mulitple knees in the thai clinch anymore. He might quit K-1 and go back to Muay Thai because of this which is kind of sad because I just started following him.

For a WEC card it's not bad at all but it's definitely not worth the same price as a UFC PPV. It should be $10 cheaper at the least.

I don't know about fake he connected on the chin with overhand rights on both guys and twice on the first guy. These guys aren't pros with rock solid chins. Either way the dude has some decent boxing lining up his shots with the lead jab.

Some of these sherdog posters are trying to back Wes Sims saying he has fought some big names. Like what? 5 years ago :hysterical: Another guy on there says he knows Wes Sims personally and saw him get knocked out in a bar fight by a guy with no fighting experience :hysterical:

Apparently I read Sims just agreed to this fight a week ago to get ready for the monster strength of Lashley :hysterical:

Transition from Overeem to Supereem... I can't lie I've been enjoying watching Supereem destroy cans in Japan but I can't wait for him to face Fedor in Strikeforce.

What I find funny is that Destino thinks Olympic testing is some unbeatable test. Olympic athletes have been cheating those tests as well for years. Let's say Pacquiao is roiding he wouldn't turn down this fight because of Olympic testing when he knows he could beat that too.
