The run stop & run block are pretty condensed, the pass blocking is interesting, seeing Wentz struggle behind their #5 pass block unit means his mind is probably in Chuck Knoblauch territory.
That said, I like Philly to pull the upset this weekend in Sf.

I think Moses is back next year because it’s very difficult to get 5 new quality starting linemen into the line up. And Moses is the best of our 5.Moses is under contract and will likely start there next year.
I’d trade Moses today. Huge guy who really struggles when he gets a bit banged up, I’d cash in on the great start. -

@volsmet I'm not 100% sure what you're trying to say there, but people have gotten in trouble for implying similar things.

It's so funny what we are reduced to as WFT fans. Using Derrick Dockery as a hopeful example. So funny to be discussing him in 2020.
Also, I saw Myles Garrett mentioned above. I was cringing thinking about Myles Garrett vs Geron Christian last night. It's going to be a bloodbath.
Garrett prefers to play on the other side of the line. -
It’s hilarious when you hear a republican say that this isn’t the real gop, nothing is more representative of who they’ve always been than what we see today; thus trumps all time high popularity among gop voters.

Nice article about Gibson in today's Daily Memphian.
"His mental approach is part of the reason Washington was so eager to bring him into the fold. That’s before we take into account his ability as a receiver as well. Gibson’s time there gave him an edge at training camp, and coach Ron Rivera and the staff were enamored with his versatility."
We don’t throw to him. -

Somewhere around week 10-12 Flowers had proven a viable option worth receiving a multiyear contract. If at that time the team had pursued the signing they would have had a shot at getting him much cheaper. The off season saw the prices sky rocket. I was one in favor of pushing that early extension. I did not like him at the price he finally received.
Since the team has not shown interest in taking the OL serious in FA or drafts, not only should they have extended Flowers early, they should have with Scherff.
Flowers had shown, by the end of the preseason, that he was going to be a nice lg for us.
While talking guards, Scherff’s pass blocking has been atrocious.

Wish we addressed the o-line more via the draft and free agency.

I think the Giants may have made a mistake in taking Thomas over Beckton/Wills. Those guys look dominating (especially Beckton).
Thomas is, at worst, a very good tackle for 10 years.- 2

We should have trusted our OL coach and taken Onwenu, who is playing every spot for NE as a 6th round rookie.

I'm hoping that having zChase young here can help some in that regard. Chase obviously has his own awesome training regimen.
Sweat is no stranger to an insane workout, he was much more explosive working with Chuck Smith, prior to the draft, than he was with us last year. Chuck Smith pegged Sweat as a pro bowler after working with him extensively after the sr bowl. -

Do you know what the record is?
Ya, nothing I expect this year, but it’s fun to speculate that he may make the strip sack a household stat for the common fan.
For example, how many times has one been asked, how many strip sacks that pass rusher have last season or his career?
I don’t know the record, but I imagine Kearse holds it; Kearse was never particularly kind to *the Vols, so it’s hard to talk about.- 2

Still feel the same this morning? Who are your top 5?
Crazy to me that Chase was so good in game 1, against a veteran OT in Peters. He could easily have had 3 sacks today. Constant disruption.
Absolutely, I said the same before he played a down, I have been a Chase Young truther since he was considered the 12th best prospect on his HS team. Young is, without question, the non QB 90% of GMs would start their team with.

This stat should rival interceptions and sacks in terms of fan and media value.
We are unlikely to play with a lead often, we need to solve some of our problems on offense to get Chase into the record books as a rookie.- 5
