Maybe i misread, I thought PB said his car has a sticker that showed an oil change was needed at xx miles. And he is saying the mileage shown on that sticker is still about 3k from what his current mileage is, despite the car saying change oil now.

Yes. 

The 3k or 10k stickers or whatever is just an estimate.  Your cars sensors would likely monitor better based on driving habits, weather, age of car, time of last change, etc.

I think the argument is that the Tennessee law doesn't treat minors in the same way. For example, male minors (born as male), are still allowed to have medically prescribed testosterone treatments. However, transitioning male minors (born as female) would be denied those treatments.
