He had this taken while in Bagdad at a USO Tour stop (July 2003). CPT Maynard Favila is an Army Reservist who served as a the project officer for CPA-North. He's the bugged eyed, Fillipino looking chap in the middle of the back row. Check out the wig on Robert Deniro. He looks like my High School band conductor!
