Portis mad at BMitch

I too think that BMitch was right on the mark. If you are an All-Pro back, and you have demanded to make elite running back money, then you have to also take criticism when it comes. BMitch's response to Portis was that when he played, he got up in his teammates faces and challenged them when he didn't think they were putting forth full effort. He told Portis yesterday that if he were on the team this year, he would be in his face, and he said that he would say it to Portis' face when they see each other if need be.

The rest of my family was watching the post game with me, and many of them expressed their displeasure with Portis' attitude. I had to remind them that the guy is only 22 years old, and still immature. Whatever the case might be, the results were that we saw an inspired Clinton Portis against the Giants, which is what we should expect from all of them given that they are professionals.
