inmate running the asylum
Its a little early yet on injuries, but Tampa Bay has had some injuries to deal with also. RB Michael Pittman will miss the Redskins game on a suspension, but Charlie Garner who is pretty good will probably be ready to go. ============================= -- Bucs Injury Update -- Fri Sep 3, 2004 --from FFMastermind.com The Tampa Tribune reports Buccaneers ORT Kenyatta Walker (sore knee) did not play Thursday night against the Texans He was left behind in Tampa to rest a sore knee. RB Charlie Garner, WR Tim Brown, WR Joey Galloway (groin), WR Joe Jurevicius (knee), LB Shelton Quarles (fractured wrist) and S John Howell made the trip but were inactive for Thursday's game. DT Ellis Wyms started for DT Anthony McFarland at under tackle. PK Martin Gramatica struggled against the Texans, missing his first field goal of the game, a 47-yarder that was short and to the right. Gramatica, however, converted from 20 yards later in the first half. It has been a difficult preseason for Gramatica, who had hoped to use training camp and the preseason to correct kicking problems that date to last season. Entering the preseason finale, Gramatica had converted five of his eight field-goal attempts.
