NavyDave Posted February 24, 2004 Share Posted February 24, 2004 Champ is gone only because we wanted him gone the thing is we are foolishly adding a second round pick to the deal when it should be straight up. Champ hasnt missed a game playing thru injuries while portis has already missed 3 games because of ankle and assorted injuries. That second rounder can be used in other areas but we are once again blinded by the flash of offseason moves. And until we actually make moves our defense is pitiful. Smoot and Bauman?
