Monkster Posted February 11, 2004 Share Posted February 11, 2004 I heard an interview I with Coach Gibbs the other day that was just wonderful. Early in the interview he said he had wanted to be an RB in college, but he wasn't good enough. Later, he shared that Coy had once told him in bedtime prayers that he didn't want to go to heaven. Joe asked why and Coy said he didn't want to go any place where you had to hang out playing harps. Joe replied,"Coy, the Lord God made us competitive. And I think there are thousand year long football games up there, and I may even get to run the ball some."
