Bills-  They are in prime window right now.  It's Superbowl or bust and it will be a waste if they don't win at least a title soon.

Jets- They have yet another bust at qb but on the bright side, they are only a QB away from contending.

Dolphins- Tua is likely to be forced into retirement with his his next concussion. So, Dolphins are probably a QB away.

Patriots- Bill has done nothing since Tom left. Pats are just mediocre now.  His offensive coordinators or lack of them this year, really hurt.  Kraft may demand an offensive coordinator or there could be a parting of the ways with Bill.

Steelers- Amazing that Tomlin has them a win away from another winning season and possible playoffs. If Kenny Pickett improves more next year, they will be set at QB. They will keep humming along.

Ravens- Depends on what they do with Lamar.  Do they give him the money he wants or they move on?

Browns- After a full offseason, Watson needs to show his old self for the Browns to contend or else this is a big time bust.

Bengals- They are in their prime window now, as long as Burrow stays healthy. Another trip to the Superbowl will happen in the future and maybe a win next time.

Jaguars- Whether they make the playoffs or not; they have drastically improved in one year from the Meyer disaster. They have a bright future.

Texans- They suck but they have draft picks to rebuild. Depends on how they get as their next coach and who they draft at qb.

Titans- Their run is winding down.  They may hang around as a wild card in the future but they are declining.

Colts- A complete mess.  They haven't been able to find a QB since Luck retired. They have Ryan's contract hanging over them.  The winning days are over. Irsay going to be sad from now on.

Chiefs- AS long as Mahomes stays healthy, they are in their prime. They have to be favorites to get another ring this year.

Chargers- A team  slowly on the rise.  They improved on last year's results by making the playoffs this year. Should eventually be a challenger to KC.

Raiders- They are a mess. They may get a short term reprieve if Tom Brady signs their. They still need to draft their next QB, even if Tom goes there.

Broncos- New Owners will do what it takes to win. Getting the right coach. If Wilson doesn't rebound in 23; they will move on him.

Cowboys- They are in their window now. Will they fail as usual or actually make a run?

Eagles- Are also entering their window now.  They should be among the top nfc teams for years.

Giants- They will be competitive at least but probably need someone better than Jones to actually contend.

Commanders- Ownership transition hinders us for 23. Who the new owners hire as GM and eventually coach, when Ron gets the boot will be key to challenging in this division. ???????

Lions- A bright future. Lions still have a shot at playoffs.  Golf has done well enough, they might just go with him and fix other holes. Shouldn't be North contenders soon.

Packers- Their run is almost over. Once Rodgers is done, they will fall off the face the earth. They will have a hard time competing if they don't find a successor to Rodgers and it isn't Love.

Bears- Justin was up and down. He looked awful alot but also showed some promise.  I think ultimately, they fail and will be looking for a new qb and coach in the future.

Vikings- Once they are done with Cousins, where do they go.  IF they are to do anything with Kirk; it's this year or next.

Saints- They need an overhaul on offense and need a QB and a new coach. Dennis Allen was a bust. Their QBs are a bust.

Panthers- Tepper has to get it right on his 3rd coach. He inherited Ron. Ruhle was a bust. Try again.

Falcons- I think Arthur Smith isn't long for this team. Maybe one more year but not much hope there.

Bucs- Where do they go in 23. Tom likely will either retire or play elsewhere.

Rams- They are ****ed but they got their Superbowl. Mcvay may walk away after the season, seeing that ****ed future.

49ers- They are in their window.  Can Lance come back next year and keep the Niners humming along. Does Purdy steal the job?

Seattle- Surprisingly competitive with Geno Smith. If They resign him, they should be able to do at least what they did this year and be competitive.

Cards- It's time to dump Kliff despite the extension. If they are to do anything with Murray, they need a new coach.
