steve57
I saw somewhere this morning that the Giants intended to call Romeo Crennel this Sunday, I assume after the last NY game. What are the rules on the interview process? I'd love for the Skins to interview this guy, though I realize if he gets an offer for HC anywhere else (except for maybe Arizona), the Skins would be his last choice. MOskins56
Unless the Patriots allow it, Rome will not be allowed to talk to any team until the end of their season.
IowaSkinsFan
I was under the impression that the team cannot stop any interview process for a position that would be deemed a "promotion", i.e. coordinator to HC. Besides, I thought NYG were all up in Coughlin's grill?

SoCalRaider
Original take by IowaSkinsFan I was under the impression that the team cannot stop any interview process for a position that would be deemed a "promotion", i.e. coordinator to HC. That only applies after the coach's season is over (i.e. after the Ravens eliminate the Pats in the AFC Championship)...
redblazer00
Ravens haven't even made the playoffs yet! They have to win todays game before they even make the playoffs so to say there going to beat the Patriots is a little premature.
Mania
I think Romeo Crennel would be a very good choice as new head coach, but then again so would Bill Cowher. However, I wouldn't be too upset if Spurrier came back for his third year with improved assistants and DL.
