Should Skins Attempt to Go After Romo?

Coming off another loss, The Team's management must be a tizzy about the "elephant" in its room, i.e. whether to sign Kirk to a long term extension, or to pursue another option.  What are the "options?"

 

Sign Kirk to another " Tag" year, trade Kirk for a bevy of high Draft picks, draft a new QB ... these have all been mentioned here or there.  My favorite option however is the one floated by Mike Florio a couple of weeks back during the beginning of "Prescott Frenzy."  Why not obtain the rights to Tony R. in a 2-year cap friendly deal ... all of the while drafting one or more prospective QB's to develop?  Romo then it is hoped can sail off to the sunset in ..."gulp" ... a Burgundy and Gold uni  ... possibly taking the Skins to the Super Bowl.   If nothing else, this will prevent him from joining another another Team and playing against the Skins.

 

Crazy?  Maybe.  But something needs to be done to boost Redskins' moral and sagging NFL TV ratings.
