Johns Bass
I'm not sure I get this one. They've had Darrel Young who they couldn't figure out how to use as a fullback or use him as a blocking H-back. So now they want to have Niles play in a position that the team doesn't know what to do with? DY is certainly a better blocker than Niles and probably a better wrecking ball from the backfield. If Paul gets injured - there goes your fullback experiment. You don't need a specialist. If you wanna big load in the backfield for a short yardage play there's plenty of guys on both offense and defense that can practice to do that. If you do want a specialist - hire one. Like DY.
