Mr. Nostril Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 Some perspective helps. I was shocked that the Steelers handled us easily at home. There was no way I would have felt like this 2 weeks ago, even less before the season started, even less if RG3 weren't on the team. The very fact that we had enough optimism going in to be shocked at the outcome of that game is a sign of progress. That last sentence might be more of a sign of how futile Redskins fandom has been for the past decade, than it is a sign we're headed in the right direction. We moved the ball into scoring position with....4 or so mins to go and all 3 timeouts. If we'd scored a TD there...... This was nothing like the 2008 game, where we were dominated.
