Investigators say that the three boys, two of whom were aged 12 and the other of whom was aged 8, were reported missing Saturday night and the search by authorities widened when they didn't return to their homes Sunday morning. Investigators said that all three boys were from the Federalsburg area, though not all from the same family. The names of the boys are being withheld, pending notification of next of kin.It was announced Sunday that the Maryland Department of Natural Resources is taking over the investigation.
