My fiance and I are looking at downsizing a bit (we just don't use the space we currently have) and were wondering if anyone had any recommendations for place in the West End under $1000/mo. Also, if anyone knows of anyone looking to rent a home we are looking to find someone to take over the lease (start a new one with our landlord). Rent is $1150, 3 bedroom, privacy fenced back yard, large patio, 1680 sq ft., updated kitchen appliances, 1.5 baths, w/d, shed out back (mower and lawn equipment provided), and pets are allowed.
