renaissance Posted March 7, 2011 Share Posted March 7, 2011 I don't know if it's well-known, but I just found out about TurboTax Freedom. If your adjusted gross income (AGI) was below $31,000, you are active-duty military and your AGI was below $58,000, or you qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit, you qualify for Freedom which includes not only free federal filing, but free state filing for many states.
