dlwredskins
The Washington Redskins respond to their embarrassing loss last Monday night by going into Nashville and beating the Titans in overtime 19-16. The Redskins move to 5-5 on the year, and are the only team in the NFC East to beat the Tennessee Titans this season. The Redskins also have exceeded their win total from all of last season. First, let’s talk about the offense. The offense looked crisp today. Donovan McNabb threw for 376 yards and he had a touchdown pass to Santana Moss. Clinton Portis came back today, but again left with an injury. With Portis out Keiland Williams took over the running duties. He had 23 rushes for 68 yards. Williams also caught 6 passes for 27 yards. The burgundy and gold’s receiving core was huge. Santana Moss caught 6 passes for 106 yards and a TD. Joey Galloway and Anthony Armstrong had three catches each. The Redskins tight ends also contributed. Chris Cooley came alive in the second half and caught 7 balls for 91 yards http://isportsweb.com/2010/11/21/redskins-win-in-overtime-in-music-city/
