MattFancy Posted January 25, 2010 Share Posted January 25, 2010 So today has been the day from hell for me. I was on the phone with Verizon customer service for 3 hours today! I talked to 10 or 12 different people before someone could finally help me. I get the problem half solved then they transfer me to someone else. This person doesn't speak english and is mumbling into the phone so I can't hear him. I ask him for the number so I can try to call him back from a different phone thinking maybe its my cell phone. Well I can't understand the numbers he is saying. So I call the number back that I think he gave me and its for Ramada Hotels?!?!
