I sorted the data by the combined percentage, then the toughest schedule to date, and then the easiest schedule looking forward. The Colts have played a tougher schedule to date so they got the nod in the tie breaker.

I had trouble with the Arizona / Pitt ranking. Their combined % is the same. I stretched the rounding out to 30 decimal places and they are the same yet when sorting the data, Arizona came out on top, even though Pitt had the tougher schedule to date. Even though the numbers are rounded when they are displayed, Excel carries over the decimal quite a ways for each calculation (each team's individual winning percentage, each opponents winnning percentage, adding, dividing, etc.) and then rounds at the end. I can only assume that Arizona's actual combined % is slightly better than Pitt's.

Note: At week 10, the Siants have the easiest schedule with all of their opponents, both past and future, averaging a 40.3% winning percentage. As the season progresses, this will begin to hurt their combined percentage a bit, but not as much as an undefeated season will help. It is still up to the Saints to stay at the top.
