Leonard Washington
I have a question. If I'm required to pay child support and I get married, would the estranged lovers be entitled to an increase in payments due to the increase my household's income? In Flames
From what I understand is no, your current wife's income is NOT included when the court's consider support. I know this because I pay support for a child that is not my wife's, and the court did not/can not use her income as part of the payment. Of course, I am in NY and I'm not sure of other states child support laws.
