Just a suggestion, but if you're using these to remove viruses and whatnot, it's not a bad idea to enable copying files from the command prompt in your registry first. Never know when some clever scriptkiddy is going to corrupt your winshell.exe file or something as equally as essential to start Windows. As long as you've enabled copy from the command prompt, you can just explode the file from your recover partition or the original Windows disc without having to re-install everything, or change the registry from a Linux boot.
