Baculus
I am looking for a boot disk, such as a Linux live build or such as BartPE, with anti-virus plugins to remove rootkits and other Malware (which prevent removal programs from running). Does anyone have any suggestions?
notoriouslyKEN
http://www.ubcd4win.com/ I've had success with that before and you can slipstream your own programs in there.

DCBnG21
Just a suggestion, but if you're using these to remove viruses and whatnot, it's not a bad idea to enable copying files from the command prompt in your registry first. Never know when some clever scriptkiddy is going to corrupt your winshell.exe file or something as equally as essential to start Windows. As long as you've enabled copy from the command prompt, you can just explode the file from your recover partition or the original Windows disc without having to re-install everything, or change the registry from a Linux boot.
