I just want to say thank you to the other members who gave various ideas and viewpoints on the original post.... I started that post with only vague ideas about how to use my idea to help people. Now, it is much more focussed and more likely to work. I'm still a few months (at least) away from getting everything set, but things are going well for now. I had a few setbacks as far as the people I was working with on this stuff, but that all worked itself out. Once things are finalized, I'll be sure to post again to let you guys know...
