thechalkoutlines
I was watching ESPNEWS just now, while Eric Allen and Qadry Ismail were hyping up Philly's "improved run blocking" due to additions on the O-line and throughout the offensive unit. I got to thinking about our run D. It's been a pretty consistent strength with our old personnel, specifically Monty, Golston, Griff, and Fletcher. Even our secondary is strong in defending the run. It's very likely that Haynesworth will bolster our run D, and the general depth on the D-line is stout. We should be able to mix personnel packages all day long. Teams will NOT be running the ball on the Redskins this year. I see a lot of second and longs, third and longs, or opportunities for Orakpo and Carter to wreak havoc behind the line of scrimmage. An opposing QB has the options of a) stepping up in Big Al's grill, attempting to evade our speedy end rushers, or c) heave it up to our ball-hawking secondary. I'm feeling good about this season already.
SWFLSkins
Let alone some of the sick rotations we will have on various down and distance. I think we made the right call, Orapko or Oher. Just said no to QB.
