Did anyone just see him on ESPN...Romo sits to pee said, "so, who's gonna provide leadership?" and Jansen takes both hands and motions to himself, and Romo sits to pee is like "when do tackles provide leadership?" and Jansen says "hey Romo sits to pee, when we see you in the Superbowl I'll see you out out there for the cointoss"

Really I think Jansen does have to be the leader of the offense. I don't know who else on offense has the combination of experience and leadership-type personality to do it for us this year. Obviously having the QB as the leader is ideal, but Ramsey probably isn't ready to fully assume that role yet.

Jansen can hold off on that broadcasting career. He has a coin toss to worry about next January. Ramsey doesn't need to be the "leader", but he does need to command respect and have the players rally around him, which I think the team showed last year with him in the huddle.
