stoshuaj Posted September 26, 2008 Share Posted September 26, 2008 As the title indicates, I would prefer to hear from business owners, not employees who are asked to donate through their place of employment. As a business owner, have you been approached by the United Way (or any other charitable organization for that matter) two part question: 1. if you have allowed solicitation to occur, why? and did you find that there was a tangible benefit to your business/employees?
