Mods please do not move. Sorry guys but I can not imagine any hot prospect head coach that is on everybody's A-list wanting to walk into this job. Why? It's should be obvious to all. We have an owner who wants to be a part of every coaching/player decision. He has already hired all the assistant coaches, essentially saying to the prospective head coach, "you'll be more of a figurehead than a head coach as I have hired your assistants to run the offense and defense". In addition, his ruthless hurling Williams to the curb after leaving him twist in the wind for a couple of weeks. His "spin the wheel" mentality when it comes to acquiring free agents. No, regrettably, we're only going to attract the 2nd tier prospects who are willing to have an owner that will meddle and push him around. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
