Tarhog Posted January 21, 2003 Share Posted January 21, 2003 I had to laugh today when they paraded Colin Powell out with Italy's Foreign Minister....Essentially Powell said 'I'd like to express our sincere gratitude to Italy for.....well...not being France'.
